KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA PUSHP VIHAR a civil sector school was established in August, 1983. The library of Kendriya Vidyalaya  Pushp Vihar , with its excellent collection of books, periodicals and multimedia and a variety of services, acts as a support and inspiration to the teaching and learning community of the School

Opening Hours

The library is open every school day from 

07:25 a.m. to 01:40 p.m.

Library Periods

According to the school time table the students of Class VI to Class XII can visit the library for the issue and return of the books during their library periods. They can refer books and participate in library activities during this time.

02 books for a period of 15 days

 

Faculty and staff

Maximum 05 books for a period of 15 days.

Class libraries are functioning for classes I to V

Open Access and Classification

The library follows an open access system. The books are classified according to subject approach. Every book is bar-coded.

 

Library Automation

The stock and services of the library has automated by using e-Granthalaya Library Management software. Every book is bar-coded.
